Skylon also offers an innovative English inspired wine list featuring some emerging hybrids such as Madeleine Angevine and Seyval, as well as some of the greatest sparkling wines of the country such as Nyetimber (best sparkling wine in the world 2006) or Ridgeview pink cuvée Fitzrovia.

Inspired by the 1951 Festival of Britain, a selection of 1950's reserve wines are also available to celebrate the re-opening of the Royal Festival Hall. Indulge yourself in a 1951 Chateau Latour or a Barbaresco from Pio Cesare of the same vintage, perfect to compliment an evening of fine food and service overlooking the Southbank.
